The "Vulkan-Expreß" takes you from the river Rhine about 400 meters up to the Eifel hights at Kempenich-Engeln! From there, enjoy the descent on a panoramic tour over the heights back to Brohl or cycle in the direction of the Moselle or through the Pellenz region to the Rhine!

By train from the Rhine 400 meters up, by bike in all directions downhill! We recommend the following routes for your bike tour from Engeln. The color coding shows the level of difficulty (blue = easy, red = moderate) in relation to the length of the tour and the condition of the path.
